Xfinity app

I moved a technician had to give me a new modem and now my app doesn't work. There are no control icons at the bottom of my screen. It simply gives me overview or my account no controls.

Make sure that you have the app updated. Sometimes it helps to uninstall the app, then turn off your device,

then reinstall the app. Good luck!
