Xfinity app

Xfinity app says needs to upgrade then says not supported. Help resolve this issue, few days ago it was working perfectly fine

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your Xfinity App. Can you confirm your device is running at the correct minimum required operating system? Apple smartphones with iOS 14 or above or Android devices running Android 7.1 or higher with a pixel density of HDPI (high) and XHDPI (extra high). If you are running the correct operating systems, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
