Xfinity app

When navigating to the "pause a device" tab at the top of the Xfinity app it seems to reset back to the home screen and won't open the pause/unpause device window. Additionally when clicking on the WiFi tab on the bottom it doesn't say anything as far as what devices are connected or anything. So I am unable to unpause my son's device from when I paused it a couple of days ago. Please help.

user_fcvvm4 - This is not the experience we want, and we can help troubleshoot. We'll ask some questions to understand better, and work together towards a fix. To get started have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it helps? Is it the same when you access the app from another device?
