Xfinity app

My Xfinity app is missing so many options. Im trying to unpause a device on my account but cannot access any devices. There are none of the XFI options

I have been having the same issue. I have done a lot of searching and it sounds like 'xfinity needs to change provisioning settings on their end', but i don't even really know how to get started on making them do that.

Hello, @user_43751a There should be a set of purple buttons at the top of the overview portal in the Xfinity App. When scrolling to the left you should see the button marked, "Device pausing." Is this button missing in the app? Can you tell me what you've already done as far as troubleshooting so far? For example, have you attempted to remove the app and then reinstall it or reboot your modem to make sure your account permissions are in place?

AS USUAL the app IS NOT WORKING. CAN'T EVEN OPEN THE APP AT ALL. IT'S SAYING THERE IS A BUG THAT SUPPORT NEEDS TO SEND ME A FIX FOR. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I GUESS I'M NOT PAYING THE BILL SINCE I CAN'T OPEN THE APP. I PAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS TO ALWAYS NOT WORK! YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN YOU PLAN ON FIXING THIS....
