Xfinity App & Xfinity Home App - 20+ Minutes to Open For LAST 6+ Weeks

@XfinityLamont  Have the Links you reference in some of your replies been disabled? I get a 404 error when I click on your highlighted url link and do not find the "Direct Messaging" icon to select as you reference.  I have replaced my equipment 5 times in the past 6 weeks. Have had 2 Xfinity Tech Reps on-site and have had over a dozen open tickets...it takes over 20 minutes consistently to open the Xfinity App on my fully supported Droid Samsung A53 phone, I regularly get the "Ooops Something Went Wrong - Try Again" message 3-4 times when opening Xfinity Home, it will usually get past that msg if I retry 4-5 times but then takes about 4-6 minutes to ask for my login and actually open.  The Xfinity Stream App opens quickly almost every time - I've deleted and reinstalled your app numerous times...I see over 97k messages logged on problems with the new Xfinity App...and since all of these features have been disabled on the Web App...What are paying customers supposed to do??? Thank You

The odd behavior of our Gateway and Xfinity apps continues...maybe it is just the Gateway???The Customer Service Ctr had the local Xfinity Store change-out our DVR Box 3 TIMES and the 2 Xfinity Techs they sent to our house both changed the DVR...the loss of Rewind Memory we were having was actually solved by @XfinityIndia by finding an obscure setting, HDMI-CEC that needed to be changed....Rewind Memory problem solved! BUT Xfinity Apps are not working/barely working after 15+ minutes on average to launch.  This morning we were confronted with a Msg that our Gateway was Offline, even though we had Internet Access???I opened the xfinity app and was given 3 completely contradictory messages...1 saying offline, 1 saying the Gateway Test Ran Fine. And 1 saying there is a problem??problem???  XFINITY...What is going on???  See screen shots attached...
