Xfinity App Wont Login

Im trying to set up my internet and the Xfinity app wont let me log in. I press the sign in button and it redirects me but when i sign in with the correct credentials, it blanks out and im still at the sign in screen. The Xfinity automated assistant was absolutely no help and I need help from an actual person.

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't login to set up my internet a few weeks ago, so I called customer service and they sent someone out to activate it for me

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3kajO4e
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
