Xfinity app won't log in to my account

I am trying open the Xfinity app, but it briefly flashes on the screen, then displays a screen "Let's Try that again." If I click "Try Again" nothing happens, if I click to Sign Out and Sign back in nothing happens, and If I click the "Chat With Us" link I never get to a prompt where it can actually help me with the issue
