Xfinity app won’t let me unpause

I paused my flex, and now there’s no option to unpause it. I restarted the flex and my router, and it’s still paused with no option to unpause.

I'd love to help out with getting your Flex box working again for ya! As I know that it's always a nice feeling at the end of the day to sit back, relax and stream some of the favorites!
With that said,I'd like to confirm, does it seem at though the program that had been on is frozen on the display on the television itself?
When you'd restarted the Flex box, did it seem as though it had shut all the way off and went through the regular start up process? We would just like to clarify so that we can ensure we're headed in the right direction to getting this fixed!
