Xfinity app won't let me access any wifi settings
Just as the title says. I can't access ANY of the settings relating to my router or connected devices. It's saying my bill is past due but I already called and was granted an extension, but for some reason the app still insists it's past due and will not let me do anything. I've tried clicking on the prompts to assign devices and stuff to see if it would force me into the settings but to no avail whatsoever. I would really appreciate it if somehow my access to the app and these settings could be restored, especially as I've been having issues with speed and I can't very well troubleshoot the router if I can't even see that option in the app.
