Xfinity app won't allow login

I have a new pixel 5A, and the Xfinity app will not allow me to log in. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app I've also reset my password. The app recognizes me when I go to reset the password as it gives me the option of obtaining the reset code through text or email both of which I can receive. However once you go to login the app acts as if it's accepting the password but then takes you back to the login screen. 

We've tried this also on another iPhone 11 with the same result. 

The app is still working on the old pixel phone I had so this appears to be an issue with the newer phones. What can be done it's not acceptable that I cannot access the app to control the security of our Wi-Fi.

Hello user_895c90. Thanks for visiting and posting on our Forum. We can assist with troubleshooting the error you're seeing. We just first need a bit more information. Have you already verified that you can successfully sign in by manually enter the same Xfinity username and password credentials on My Account on our website, Xfinity.com?

I'm unable to log into Xfinity Home from my Pixel 4a.  I can login to other Xfinity apps, though.

Hello @user_9be646, thank you for reaching out to us for help with your Xfinity Home app. By chance have you already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to see if it helps? As well as general things like turning off your Pixel and turning it back on again?

I am having the same problem.  Cannot log into the xfinity app.  I have troubleshooted it all! Even changed my password.  I've been online with support for days and nothing.  It's only the app I can't log into.  After a few attempts it comes us ***-null.  What can I do?

Hello, @mariamnahavandi I apologize for the trouble logging into the Xfinity My Account app. Is this happening at our website (https://comca.st/3Fvf2Gz) and while using all your devices? I recommend giving different devices a try and both the app and website if possible. If the issue happens after trying this send us a Direct Message so we can locate your account and assist you further. Send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" using the Direct Message icon at the top of the page.

Xfinity website nor the mobile app will let me access my account.  It says communications error, and try again.  It is very frustrating. I am moving and hoping I did not make a mistake trying to use Xfinity for my services.

Hello @user_ebceda, thank you for reaching out to us today! I'll be happy to assist you with the My Account app that you're experiencing! When was the last time you were able to get into the app? Also have you attempted to reset your password to see if that helps? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
