Xfinity app won't allow login
I have a new pixel 5A, and the Xfinity app will not allow me to log in. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app I've also reset my password. The app recognizes me when I go to reset the password as it gives me the option of obtaining the reset code through text or email both of which I can receive. However once you go to login the app acts as if it's accepting the password but then takes you back to the login screen.
We've tried this also on another iPhone 11 with the same result.
The app is still working on the old pixel phone I had so this appears to be an issue with the newer phones. What can be done it's not acceptable that I cannot access the app to control the security of our Wi-Fi.

Hello user_895c90. Thanks for visiting and posting on our Forum. We can assist with troubleshooting the error you're seeing. We just first need a bit more information. Have you already verified that you can successfully sign in by manually enter the same Xfinity username and password credentials on My Account on our website, Xfinity.com?

Xfinity website nor the mobile app will let me access my account. It says communications error, and try again. It is very frustrating. I am moving and hoping I did not make a mistake trying to use Xfinity for my services.
