Xfinity App will not let me use

After signing into the Xfinity app on iPhone and telling me I'm signed it, it forces me back into the "sign in" screen and will not let me continue. I can't access the app because it keeps re-looping me to sign in. How do I fix this?

I do not have an alternate device. Does it work on browser?

Are you able to log into www.xfinity.com/myaccount? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
