Xfinity app says upgrade for this experience

Hello I need help with the Xfinity app. I recently upgraded my modem and service. It seems that my old account and new account are linked and it isn’t letting me set up my new modem. I keep getting getting the message upgrade for this experience or sign out.

Hello and Happy Friday!
Thank you so much for taking the time to bring this to our attention! We can certainly understand wanting to get things set up at your new residence and current within our handy Xfinity application! I know personally, I use mine quite often just to manage my parental controls for my teenage daughter on our Wi-Fi! Ha-ha!
So let's start here, may I ask, when the app is prompting for you to upgrade for the experience, can you confirm, is it asking you to upgrade the application itself, or saying that you need to upgrade your services?
