Xfinity App says to activate modem but modem is already activated and running
Basically the title. We had a tech come and replace a bad modem and our internet is running perfectly, but when trying to view it in the Xfinity app, I get the message "Internet equipment: devices to activate". We are using the white xfinity gateway, and I need to set some port forwards, but the app does not show our modem even though it is currently working and we have internet.
