Xfinity App says my home internet is down but it is working without issue

The Xfinity app says that my home internet is offline but it is not.  Everything is working normally.  The Xfinity app on my phone and ipad both say it so it is not a device specific app glitch.  The Xfinity assistant in the app seems to be able to see the signal as being strong and says that it can "communicate" with my devices.
