Xfinity app says modem offline

When xfi changed to Xfinity the app never worked for me. It shows the modem is offline however my internet is working. There was three updates i installed all of them with the same issue. I called Comcast multiple times and they keep saying they are working on it.

With the new update still same problem. Give us the old app back.

Same here, all works fine but app says modem offline and won't let manage devices.
