Xfinity app parental controls

The app is loosing track of devices on the network which is preventing screen time profiles from working.

This feature is why I signed up for the service (within the month), if I can’t get this to work there is no need for me to use your service.

And yes I have recreated the profiles, reinstalled the app etc

Hello @The_Gerf and thank you for bringing this to our attention. When was the last time that you were able to use the parental controls for all your devices? Are you able to remove the device from a profile and add it back on?
