Xfinity App only option is Account Settings

When I access the Xfinity App, it doesn't allow me any other options, like altering names, security, etc. I'm aware of there being other apps, but I need to port forward, and I'm unable to. Can you please fix this? I' seems I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
