Xfinity App on Iphone Not Signing In

I can sign in to my Xfinity account on my computer (which uses Chrome), but not on my iPhone (which uses Safari). When I enter my Xfinity ID, Email, or Phone number and then enter my password, I get an error message "The Xfinity ID or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again." However, when I use the same ID and Password on my computer, it lets me log in. 

I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared cache and cookies for Safari, and enabled pop-ups. I have an iPhone 15, iOS Version 26.5 (so it is advertised as compatible with the Xfinity App). I keep getting the same error message. I've seen people post about this issue on here, but the solution hasn't been offered in the comments.
