Xfinity app not working

I’m having an issue with the xfinity app , it’s telling me I need to upgrade for this experience and it redirects me to an other page but it doesn’t work , I just moved so idk if that has something to do with it ?

Hi there! Sometimes moving causes issues because the app defaults to your old address, and we're working to be "aware" that Customers have recently moved. If there is an option to sign out and sign back in, you should see a picker to select between your old account and your new account.
