Xfinity App not Working on Android
Xfinity App is not Working on Android sine three days. I submitted my complain to the support, but still no update. I am stuck with my old settings & restrictions on our devices. Can't access & manag the devices now.
The issue is, when you open the Xfinity app, it takes you to the browser tells you that you are already logged in. When you click on continue, it brings you back to the same page. It never show you the interface of the app at all from the start. I tried to delete the cahce on my device, from the app, deleted the the data stored in the app and ultimately unistalled and reinstalled it, but none worked.
So, sad that it looks like they have removed the web version of wifi management too so I could have managed the devices.
Unfortunately I had put some time limits on my pc too and stuck and can't try on my pc ss well.

I have the same issue, I can't enable internet for some devices because of this login loop problem. I spent 3 hours with their customer service, they kept redirecting me different people. They couldn't solve my problem. Terrible experience
