XFINITY App not working correctly

The XFINITY app on my IOS device is not working as intended.  When I go to the app, I do not see the various users, assigned devices, status of xFi pods, etc.   It does not let me even see devices to pause and unpause.  I've already un-installed and re-installed the app and no luck.
