Xfinity app not showing my active gateway device. Gateway and Internet connection working fine.

The Xfinity app is not showing my active gateway device. The Gateway and Internet connection are working fine. I am unable to change any settings or monitor my gateway.

The Xfinity app Devices section only shows option 'Activate xFi Gateway or Model'.

Please help.
