Xfinity App not recognizing password

I am having trouble logging into the xfinity app.  I can log into my account on my chrome book via xfinity.com but when I try singing into the app, I keep getting the following:

"The xfinity ID or password you entered was incorrect."   The password is correct since I can obviously login via xfinity.com

I have tried restarting my phone (android) and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  What should I do next?
