Xfinity app not following restrictions set

I’ve set restrictions/time limits for my children’s devices, but they don’t seem to be working. I’ve set it up to where they should lose WIFI access at 10PM, but they’re accessing it at much later hours. Need help fixing this.

As a parent, I completely understand wanting to make sure our children are getting some sleep and not being on their devices all night. I would be happy to help. May I ask what kinds of devices your children are using to connect to the wifi?
