Xfinity app NO GOOD
The app has failed way too many times nor does it give u the same options as the other app which they got rid of which in my opinion was better than this [Edited: "Language"] that they have now
The chat is awful u never get to speak to a human and when u do they end up leaving the chat and u r forced to do the transaction all over again
