Hey there, @xxJACKxJILLZxx! Thank you for coming to the Xfinity Community Forum with your Xfinity App concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with those missing tabs, and I'd love to see what our team can do to help! We're great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. Since it can take a little time for the app to update when a change is made, such as swapping modems, I want to know if you've noticed any change since posting this concern. Are those tabs still missing at this time? If so, what troubleshooting have you attempted so far (i.e. logging out of the app, force-closing it, uninstalling, re-installing, etc.)?
