Xfinity app missing functions after upgrading gateway
I upgraded my Xfinity gateway to the new one they sent recently and went through the activation process. Since then, the app has lost several functions including the Services icon/tab. I also cannot access advanced settings of the gateway in the app to setup port forwarding. In addition, when looking at my account, it appears I no longer have xFi Complete for some reason. I have tried calling the service department, visiting my local Xfinity store, and had a serviceman at my house who installed yet another new gateway to try to fix the problem. The serviceman was unnecessary because he did something I could have done myself - replace the gateway. I was charged for his visit as well which I'm not happy about. I've spent days trying to fix this problem Does anyone have a solution?
