Xfinity App Login

I can’t login to the app but I can through other platforms. I’ve entered and changed my password multiple times when I did not want to and I’ve tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone and nothing seems to work. I’ve also tried to log into the xfinity mobile app and the same thing happens. It always auto fills the section with an old number of mine and I don’t know what else it can be

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried logging in to the app on another mobile device? Also, after attempting to log in, do you get an error message or code, or does it just reroute you back to the login page?
