Xfinity app login loop

Every time I try logging into the Xfinity app it redirects back to the login page. I’ve tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, and resetting my modem. Nothing is working. I can still log into the xfinity website, but the app with access to all of my settings and bill pay is not allowing me to log in.

@user_55cf35 Thank you for letting us know about the App login issue. I appreciate you taking those excellent troubleshooting steps and we'd be happy to help. Since you've already taken those steps, I'd like to take a look at the account specifically.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

Same here..  just paying my bill caused me to reach my 2 factor code limit.  I am now locked out until it recycles..  Almost every click causes a re-AUTH.  Please fix this it just hurts to use.

@XfinityShan : The link you provided ://comca.st/3EqVMu7 is not a valid page. It is not possible to direct message xfinity support as you have suggested. Please provide an applicable solution or an alternative method of contacting xfinity support for this issue. The information supplied is not sufficient.
