Xfinity app login loop

I'm trying to login to the app to set up my new service and I just keep getting a loop that says "you're already logged in" with a continue button on the bottom and no matter how many times i log out and relog or press the continue button, the loop never stops. What do I do?

Hello @AverryMP! Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to share your experience when attempting to log in to the Xfinity App. I wanted to reach out to see if this has been resolved for you yet? Have you tried checking the Xfinity ID you're using to make sure it's the correct one?

@XfinityChe​ i am also stuck in a loop. All of my login info is correct I've used my email, phone number, and Xfinity ID. It just says you are already logged in and returns me to the purple XFINITY screen. I have tried my Iphone 14, my pixel 6, and also my oneplus9. All the same loop. I have 2 devices paused temporarily that I can no longer unpause because I cannot log into the gateway.
