Xfinity app issues

The recent update to the Xfinity mobile app has completely abolished my Wi-Fi control settings ( managing my children's connected devices) as well as my access to my Xfinity home security cameras. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or know how to fix this? I've tried to uninstall the update but it says that the old version is no longer supported.

Hello user_oxgkrv. Thanks for taking time out of your busy Friday to be a part of our community! As a parent myself, I definitely know how important it is to have control over my kiddos internet access, and want to help put you back in control along with getting you access to your Xfinity Home cameras back.

Managing your devices connected to Wi-Fi, as well as accessing your Xfinity Cameras video feed are both features baked right into the dedicated Xfinity app. Can you confirm you are using the standalone Xfinity app signified with an app icon showing a white X on a purple background?
Aside from uninstalling the app as you've already tried, have you tried manually logging out of the app completely and logging back in?
Does the app confirm you are signed in as the authorized account holder or a manager?

@XfinitySeth I'm not sure what changed but it's working just fine today. It's back to it's original state with all access to wifi and security settings.   The account settings and service address yesterday were correct but limited, very strange. But I'm just glad it has been restored. Thank you for your prompt response.
