Xfinity app is awful
This is the third time I've tried to leave a customer review about the Xfinity app. The app is absolutely worthless and terribly frustrating to use. The fact that I can't seem to even leave a review is pretty much in keeping with the way customer service's work at Xfinity. I'd rate them zero out of five

I totally agree. I can't even easily find a place to leave a review. The app is so bad, they removed the way to rate it in Play Store, which means they don't want to hear it and don't care.

The app is all about selling new services and collecting for them. It's a snap to pay your bill but if you want to do transactional stuff like linking two accounts or turning on/off seasonal usage or downgrading some service it's useless. Need to get on the phone for a half hour flogging through the worst voice system ever created.
I can't believe I left ATT and did mobile phone as well as tv and internet. There's NO functionality for managing the phones
