Xfinity App glitch

I recently forgot to pay my balance that was overdue and my service was shut off. I made the payment of about $53 and the app said my payment is still overdue and couldn’t let me access any devices. Then I went on to pay for the month ahead of me but the app still says my payment is overdue. It won’t let me access any home devices or set limits to my children’s devices or see what they are up to. I tried logging out and back in but nothing worked. Then i deleted the app and reinstalled it but that attempt wasn’t dissimilar. Please help

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
