Xfinity App errors in WiFi advanced settings

I am trying to turn on Admin Tool online access.  However, when I go to the Advanced Settings under WiFi, the options not listed.  If I select any of the options that are available, I get an error.  For instance LAN & WAN gives me the message
 "We encountered an Issue.  If the problem persists, check back later.  Try again"
I am also unable to reboot the gateway through the app.  I have done a factory reset on the gateway and completed the Activate xFi Gateway section again but it doesn't fix the issue.
