Xfinity app doesn't work and xfinity rewards won't load

For the past few months my xfinity app has not been working and I can't access xfinity rewards on web browsers or the app

user_sruhx2 Hello! Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble using the Xfinity App. Are you receiving any error messages when you try to access your rewards? Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App?
