Xfinity App doesn't have TV services like the My Account App.

When opening the My Account App it states this App will go away in April and to use the Xfinity App. I have the Xfinity App, I can pay the bill and do all kinds of stuff with my network but nothing regarding the TV boxes, TV service status, etc...

Am I missing something or is my Xfinity App configured incorrectly?

I am so sorry to hear about these Xfinity My Account issues you have been experiencing, and I would be more than happy to help ensure your online Xfinity My Account profile is set up properly. To get started, please reply in a direct message with your first and last name and service address by following the steps below:

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
