Xfinity app doesn’t display my services, WiFi, or security tab

The Xfinity app doesn’t display my services, WiFi, or security tab. I can only see an overview and account tab. 

I have restarted the app multiple times, deleted it and redownloaded it, yet it still is missing this information. When I view my information on the website, it shows everything (such as my router, router name, and other settings) but that isn’t translating to the app.

Please help!

Good afternoon @user_b2h9wu, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. I see that you stated your XFINITY app isn't displaying the Services, WiFi or Security tabs but you can access these on your online account through the website. We appreciate you letting us know and trying to restart and uninstall and reinstall the app. How long has this issue been occurring? Were you previously able to access these tabs on the app? May I also confirm that the app is up-to-date?

Thank you for responding. This only hapoenrd a few days ago randomly. My app is up to date, and I’ve logged out and logged back in multiple times, and even deleted the app from my phone and redownloaded it. The problem continues to persist.

Gotcha, thank you for confirming it only happened a few days ago randomly @user_b2h9wu. Have you tried accessing the app from a different device by chance? Can you also confirm that you are logged in as the primary user?
