Xfinity App does not show any connected devices

Hello there,
I seem to be having a problem getting the Xfinity App to detect the devices connected to my Gateway. The devices show up when I log directly into the gateway itself, but the app fails to detect them?

I have a Cisco gateway, Model:DPC3941T, with software version 2.3.10.13_5.5.0.5.

I've tried a few restarts at this point, to no avail. Any ideas?

I have the exact problem!  I log in with my iPad.  When I check the connected devices it does not show the device that I connected with even though I am using my Xfi WiFi.  It gets to be a real problem when the WiFi suddenly drops from my connected device but the Xfi modem shows its working!  All Comcast says is "restart your Xfi".
