Xfinity App clashing

Happy holidays 
For some reason your Xfinity app keeps crashing. When you tap the left top icon to open to activate a xfi pod or to pay your bill. I have made several attempts on my phone and my apple table. I have even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The same problem still persist crashing. Can you fix the problem.

I'm also having the same issue with the account tab in the app.  I've also deleted cache, then data. I've restarted my device (S-22 Ultra), deleted and reinstalled app, making sure it's up to date. Restarted device again before running the app. 

The issue is obviously not on my end, as multiple others are experiencing the same issue, across multiple devices and platforms.

+1. Can install pods because must do through account screen, but can't get to account screen because that crashes the app. Yes, shutdown/restarted. Uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Same issue. Samsung/Android.

@XfinityAngie​ Everyone is having this issue still.  The app needs to be fixed.  If EVERYONE has the issue with the app, it's not us, it's the app.

Seriously, try the app on your own personal phone, attempt to go into account.  I'll bet you money, it crashes, just like it does for EVERYONE else.

@user_12a073 Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that you are still experiencing an issue with the app. We are continuing to look into this and get this resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime you can log into your account at xfinity.com to make payment and change the setting of your network.

I appreciate you posting on our Community Forums and do apologize that there is a known issue with our Xfinity App that our teams are working on correcting. I'd be happy to follow up in this thread when an update is available. At the moment, you should still be able to access your account, manage your billing and services, and activate equipment from our Xfinity website as a workaround.
