Xfinity App Can't Load Wifi Information
The Xfinity app won't let me open wifi details to edit my wifi name and password. I tried asking the Xfinity assistant and it also couldn't load my details.

user_r2dz32 Being able to view and manage your Wi-Fi connection using the Xfinity app is a must for our customers, so thank you for your post. To start I would make sure you are using the correct Xfinity ID with the Primary or manager role to ensure you are set up correctly to view that information. If you check your Xfinity profile ensure you see your current address and the account status is active. If you see a different address or the account status is not active you will need to log out and back in using the correct Xfinity ID. I would check out our look-up tool to help.
If the profile is showing your current account and is active as a manager or the primary user let me know, so we can take a closer look for you.
