Xfinity app and Xfinity assistant- can’t login
I have had Xfinity internet for almost 2 years and I have never been able to login to the Xfinity app. It says “Access not Authorized
You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.”
I also am unable to sign in when using the Xfinity assistant to get help with this matter. It is a constant loop of the Xfinity assistant tells me to sign in, I click sign in, it brings me to the sign in page, I sign in, go back to the chat, and it tells me to sign in again. It will not let me ask any questions until I sign in and I cannot get ahold of a live agent at all.
