Xfinity app active time of devices

On the xfinity app, the active time of all my devices is not showing up. I've uninstalled and then re-installed the app with no success. 

It does not show past or present time. 

Help!

Ipad Pro-4th gen and Samsung Galaxy S21+5G. Both have been updated with current updates.

Thank you for responding back with that information. As far as

the iPad, do you have the Apple iCloud Private Relay enabled? This will have an impact on active time details in the app. For more information, including instructions on how to turn iCloud Private Relay on or off, see How Apple iCloud Private Relay May Impact Xfinity xFi Features

 

 

As far as the Galaxy 21, what results are you getting when you accessed the active time details?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Apple icloud private relay is NOT enabled. 
On the Galaxy 21, each profile says "no active time today."

@leftturn61 Have you attempted to forget the network and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network for each device?

@leftturn61 Since it is affecting not only the Apple device but also the Android I do want to mention:

 

Active Time Details is available to Xfinity Internet subscribers who rent a compatible xFi Advanced Gateway (CGM4140COM or T3482G) or xFi Gateway 3rd Generation (CGM4331COM or TG4482A).

 

If you have a compatible Gateway but still don’t see Active Time Details, try restarting your Gateway to make sure you have the latest firmware.
