Xfinity android app is not working
I downloaded the android app for the first time, logged in with my ID and password, but all I can get to is a screen that says, "Sorry, That Didn't Go As Planned" with options to Try again (which just repeats the behavior) and Sign Out (which signs me out, which doesn't help me of course). Help, please.

The problem turned out to be I had a very old modem. Once I replaced it I gained access to the app.
