Xfinity Account Access through iOS App using VPN
I’m trying to access my Xfinity account through the Xfinity My Account iOS app version 1.58.11.20220804222542. I’m doing this on a 512 GB iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.1. And I’m also running NordVPN iOS app version 7.21.1 (313) with the VPN enabled using their Nordlynx protocol. After I login to the Xfinity app using my user I’d, password, and 2FA text msg code, I get an error message saying “You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?” I’m also given to buttons - Try Again and Sign Out. Hitting Try Again gives the same error message. Sign Out results in me being logged out. If I disable the VPN, I can access my account through the iOS app just fine. If I have the VPN enabled and access the Xfinity web site through the Safari browser, I can also access my account just fine. So, this seems to be a problem in the Xfinity iOS mobile app. Can you help or give me some ideas on what to do? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I'm glad you can disable the VPN, and access the "My Account" app through the iOS app just fine.
When accessing via VPN are able to navigate through any other portion of the website?
