Xfi Pods

I purchased three pods used online and I cannot get any of them to come online. I think these are the first gen pods with a single ethernet port. Any ideas? I have already uninstalled the app and unplugged the pods and restarted the gateway.

Following - having the same problem except mine weren't used. They were new.

Thank you for reaching out. Just to confirm these xFi pods were used correct? I only ask because 0n Jan. 25, 2021, customers with offline xFi Pods (1st Generation) received an email asking them to plug in all of their xFi Pods for 48 hours by Feb. 11, 2021, for this necessary security update. xFi Pods (1st Generation) that did not successfully update or missed the update window won't be able to connect online and should be replaced. Are you able to speak with the original owners of the xFi pods if they were able to get the updates on the pods before selling them?

curious because I purchased mine new and there wasn’t anything about a required security update.

@XfinityDena​ I was told that they were in use up to 30 days ago.
