Ordered a 3 pack the week of 5/10/20. All I have is an order number (200512742545801) that was given when the order was processed. Haven't received any notifcations by e-mail. Can't find anyway to track the progress of my order.

Hi, It comes back invalid order ID. Also i do not see any xFi pods shipped out however i see a modem was shipped out. Please call Comcast customer service 800-266-2278 and they can help you. I would wait a little longer maybe a week or so and just see maybe if its backed up in the warehouse and the pods will probably come later on. You will always get an email when the pods are shipped also you can sign into your Xfinity account at www.xfinity.com and check on the shipment.
