xFi Pods that never arrive.
I am a custmer who recently got a the xFi Advanced Gateway and found the service was lower then I had expected. I found and filled out the form to receive 3 free xFi Pods to extend the WiFi network and they have never arrived or been comfirmed with a order or tracking number. It has been 3 weeks now. I am extermaly disapointed and called Comcast phone support 1-2 times a week only to be told that there is nothing for them to do. I am hoping someone will help me with this before I cancel my service completely.
