Xfi pods stopped working today after a month of great performance

I have had three Xfi pods in my house for approximately a month, and several days after set-up, they began to perform without a hiccup. However, today they began to randomly go offline, and now they will not come online at all despite having done so intermittently earlier today. I followed all the instructions on the xfinity app for troubleshooting, but with no success. Any tips? Possibly a network-wide problem?
