Xfi Pods Not Reconnecting after Gateway Reset

I recently had to reset my Xfi gateway router.  After doing so my internet works again but when I try and reconnect the Xfi Pods I get this message.  I have attempted connecting all 3 pods in every room, even the same room as the router and get this message every time.  Please help!!Screenshot_20191106-092426.png

So with no replies from the experts on this forum, I called Comcast. The fix was to simply sign out of the Xfi app and sign back in. Viola! She also said if that still didnt work to sign out of the app and uninstall, then reinstall and sign in.

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.

The error message is "Let's try that again".  "Sorry we ran in to a problem.  Please try again or go back to the previous screen."
