xFi Pods not holding connnection / internet speed issue

My household had xFi and Pods setup for over a month with no issues. However the issue started to crop up over the last week in regards of wifi connection becoming spotty and/or slow internet speed. Is there a way to investigate on the backend? I am sensing the Pods somehow got messed up and may need to be reset to work correctly.
